Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding and hardware included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
